Here is the voice from Japanese customers.

Jennifer
I want you to know you have been a pleasure to work with. Your professionalism and courtesy is a wonderful example of Japan service and I will miss it very much.
Barb
I received the chop sticks.
They look beautiful.
Thank you for your great service.
M.S
Receiving fast service and good quality products. I am thoroughly satisfied. Thank you very much.

The ebony that I bought before was great, and sertainly the made in Japan. The quality is perfect. Only that stainless steel gives me a metal heaviness feel, not very good handling with it. All my camp utensils are in titaniums, though it's a little more expensive, but I think it worth considering having titanium steel as a material.
SWKID
I bought it as a gift. She was happy.

I liked it that I can carry it home straight after use, without worrying about cleaning it up. I bought the children size Kaihashi for my kids too. My family, the 5 of us, all use the chopsticks now. As my family often eat-out, Kaihashi is constantly with us, in our bags.
I love it as a whole, but the stainless part feels a little slippery though. I thought it would be better if the hand grip part can be processed with a gritty touch maybe?

Though there are people saying that disposable chopsticks are made out of left over woods, but no matter what, trees are decreasing, and I wish this can change what people think of the disposable chopsticks. Keep on the good work!

Isn't it a little short? If there were also pink or red ones for girls, would it be better?
Pokkapoka
Though this was the perfect gift, but I personally wonders if it would be hygienic to pack them away into the sack after meal.

TOPY
As for the Japanese food fever, my friend living oversea was so thrilled to receive this present from me.

It is so handy! I use it every day at lunch when I go to work. I thought it was a bit short at first, but now I'm getting good at using it already. It catches the eyes when ever I use it, I carry it wherever I go and get high praises like "Is that chopsticks?!" " Wow! this is so tiny!" "This is so cute!".
